These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auxano ("we", "us", "our"), including the website at auxano.pro and our trading, investment plan, and copy trading services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • You may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for knowing and complying with those laws.
  • We may refuse to open, or may close, an account at our discretion, including where we cannot verify your identity.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@auxano.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Each person may hold only one account, and accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • If you sign in with Google, your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms.

3. Identity verification

We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) by providing a government-issued ID or other information. Some features, deposits, or withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete, and we may suspend an account where verification fails or the information provided appears false.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits are credited to your balance once they have been reviewed and approved. We may reject a deposit that cannot be verified.
  • To protect your funds, each withdrawal must be confirmed with a confirmation code issued by our support team. Contact support to obtain your code.
  • The withdrawal amount is reserved from your available balance while a withdrawal is pending. If a withdrawal is not confirmed with its code, it is cancelled and the amount is returned to your available balance.
  • Confirmed withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid out. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance; a declined withdrawal is refunded to your balance.
  • You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses, networks, and bank details. Transfers sent to details you provide may not be recoverable.

5. Trading, investment plans, and copy trading

  • Leveraged trading. Trading with leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A position may be closed automatically (liquidated) when its losses reach the margin set aside for it, and you can lose the full margin of a position.
  • Orders. Prices move quickly. Limit, stop-loss, and take-profit orders are executed based on available market prices and may not fill at exactly the price you set.
  • Investment plans. Plan terms such as duration and target returns are shown before you invest. Displayed returns describe the plan; they are not a guarantee of future performance.
  • Copy trading. Past performance of a trader does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for your decision to copy a trader and for the amount you allocate.
  • The Services do not provide personal financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

6. Fees

Any fees or charges that apply to the Services are shown in the platform before you confirm the related action. We may change our fees, and changes apply only to actions taken after the change.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose;
  • use another person's identity, payment method, or account;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users' accounts;
  • use bots, scraping, or automated means to access the Services without our permission;
  • exploit errors, delays, or pricing glitches for unfair advantage.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, restrict features, or reverse transactions resulting from errors where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law, or to protect you, other users, or the Services. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. On closure, any remaining available balance will be handled in line with these Terms and applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Auxano name, logo, website, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the Services under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that market data shown will be complete or free of delay.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auxano is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for trading losses arising from market movements, from your own decisions, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
