This Privacy Policy explains how Auxano ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you visit auxano.pro, create an account, or use our trading, investment, and copy trading services. By using Auxano, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, phone number, country, date of birth, and password (stored only in hashed form), plus a profile picture if you add one.
  • Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access any other Google data.
  • Identity verification (KYC) — government-issued ID documents you upload so we can verify your identity.
  • Financial and transaction information — deposits, withdrawals, payment proofs, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, bank account details you provide for withdrawals, balances, and your trading, investment, and copy trading activity.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, live chat, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, and similar data collected automatically when you use the site, including through cookies (see section 6).

2. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and let you sign in, including with Google.
  • To verify your identity and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To process deposits and withdrawals and to run trades, investment plans, and copy trading on your behalf.
  • To send transactional messages, such as email verification, password resets, and deposit, withdrawal, and position notices.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Auxano, and only as needed for them to provide their services:

  • Hosting and infrastructure — Render (application hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage).
  • Email delivery — Resend, to send transactional emails.
  • Sign-in — Google, if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
  • Customer support — Smartsupp (live chat) and WhatsApp, if you contact us through them.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Auxano, our clients, or others.

4. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we use the information Google shares with us (name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier) only to create and sign in to your Auxano account and to display your profile. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide our services. Financial and identity verification records may be kept for longer where the law requires us to retain them.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against misuse, and remember your preferences. We also store small preferences in your browser, such as where you have placed the chat and WhatsApp buttons. Our live chat provider may set its own cookies to keep your conversation available.

7. Security

We use measures such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, restricted private storage for identity documents, and confirmation codes for withdrawals. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can review and update your profile information at any time in your account settings.
  • You can delete your account from your account settings, subject to any records we must keep by law.

9. Children

Auxano is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
